Chai This


Winter and Chai go together like peas and carrots. The PB & J of seasonal pairings. I am loving these simple, feel good recipes that are not only delicious but packed full of nutrients including 20g of vegan protein and essential vitamins and minerals all thanks to one common key ingredient: Arbonne Essentials Chai Protein. I hope you “chai” and love them all! (LOL)

Chia Chai Overnight Oats


  • 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Oats

  • 1 TBPS of Chia seeds

  • 1/2 Scoop of Arbonne Essentials Chai Protein Powder

  • 1/2 cup of Nut milk (I used almond)

  • Half a Banana sliced

  • Berries, Pomegranate or Cranberries to top

  • Pinch of cinnamon


In a glass jar combine, oats, chia seeds, nut milk and chai protein powder. Shake until well combined and place in the fridge over night. To serve add your choice of berries and bananas and sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon.

Chai Energy Bites



  • 1 cup of Ground Oats

  • 1/3 cup of Almond Butter

  • 2 TBS of Coconut Oil Melted

  • 2 Scoops of Arbonne Essentials Chai Vegan Protein

  • 1 TBS Flax Ground Seeds

  • 1 TBS Natural Maple Syrup

  • Mini Chocolate Chips or Crushed Nuts


Combine ingredients from oats to maple syrup in a food processor and blend until smooth. You may need to add a TBS of warm water to create a smoother consistency. Stir in chocolate chips if using. Using a small ice cream scoop or spoon, portion out dough and roll into bite size balls. Store in the fridge in an air tight container. Makes about 20 balls.


Detox Chai Latte


  • 1 bag of Arbonne Essential Detox Herbal Tea

  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Scoop Arbonne Essentials Chai Protein Powder


Brew a cup of Arbonne Herbal Detox Tea (approx 5 mins). Add hot tea to blender and combine with protein powder and almond milk. Blend until smooth. Pour, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
