Caramel Chai Chocolate Squares

What is it about the cooler temps that makes us all want to cozy up with yummy sweets and homemade eats? I guess it’s our way of hibernating and preparing for the winter season ahead. Well, I am just like everyone else and there is nothing like a little sweet with a tea (or lets be honest a glass of wine) and a movie that gives me all the fall feels. That said, I always like to keep my health goals in mind when I indulge. 

 These  devilishly decadent Chai Caramel Squares will do just the trick. They are gluten free, vegan and clean enough to let you love your sweets and eat them too!




·      ¾ Cup of Coconut Flour

·      ¼ Cup of Flax meal

·      1 Scoop of Arbonne Vanilla Protein

·      1 Scoop of Arbonne Chai Protein *

·      ¼ Cup Coconut oil

·      ¼ Cup Pure Maple Syrup

Caramel Filling

·      5 Tablespoons of smooth Organic Natural Peanut Butter

·      5 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup

 Chocolate Topping

·      2 cups of Vegan Chocolate (My Favourite is Enjoy Life Vegan Dark Chocolate Morsels)



·      Combine all base ingredients together and pour into a parchment lined pan

·      Then press with fingers or wooden spoon to form a crust and place in fridge to set

·      In a saucepan over medium to low heat, slowly melt peanut butter and maple syrup to form caramel filling

·      Add caramel layer to crust base then place back in the fridge to cool

·      Melt first cup of chocolate and pour over caramel layer

·      Place in fridge about 30 minutes

·      Melt second cup of chocolate and add chocolate layer

·      Place in fridge overnight

 Makes 12-15 bars

* If you do not have Arbonne Chai Protein you may substitute with Arbonne Vanilla Protein and add I Tablespoon of Chai spice. *
